Our Procedure For Cleaning Your Duct System
- Upon arrival at your home of office, our trained professionals connect a large vacuum pipe to your air duct system. Each air outlet is sealed off and a vacuum is created within the duct system.
- Compressed air is then forced into each register which loosens the dust and debris and is removed by the vacuum hose -- "up to 16,000 CFM."
- A small metal ball attached to a lightweight air hose, called "The Skipper," is inserted into the ductwork. Air is then applied to the Skipper which propels through the duct pipe, scrubbing the inside of the ducts. The Skipper, Operated by 250 pounds of air pressure, is bery effective at loosening dirt and trash which is then quickly removed by the vacuum hose.
- Next, the furnace burners, blower compartment, blower motor and cooling coil are thoroughly air-washed and cleaned.
- Registers that have mold and mildew on them are cleaned.
