I can't say enough about the team at Ace Air Conditioning! These guys do great work, are quick to respond and work in a professional and efficient manner. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they always leave the place better than they found it. As important as these things are that's not the main reason our family loves the Ace Air Conditioning team. You see Ace has handled all the HV/AC needs for my in laws for more than a decade. They always treated them with kindness and respect. The last several years when there were A/C issues at my in laws home my wife and I or one of my wife's sisters would call for services as my in laws were not able to so due to health concerns. None of us live in Abilene and we could not always be there to meet the technicians when they would show up. It's because of the on going relationship my in laws had and subsequently we have with the Ace team that we trusted them to come to my in laws home even when we could not be there. My mother in law passed in June and their house will sell soon, but before this chapter is closed in Abilene we wanted to say thank you to all those at Ace that honored my in laws over the years with courteous professional and caring service. You treated them and us like family and we appreciate it more than you know. I'm sure there have been several technicians over the years that have worked at the house, but for the last few calls Zach was our tech and he was awesome! Thank you Zach, you absolutely represent the what is best about the ACE team!

We had Ace Air Conditioning come out to work on our home unit. Our system is officially 10 years old! Mr.Jerry responded and went to work immediately. He asked a few questions and continued his troubleshooting. He had a young man with him that he was training and was very thorough in his work and described every step! His Honesty and Integrity is unmatched in this field of work and you can trust what he says and what he’s doing! In just over an hour he had isolated and identified the problem, a faulty starter switch which was installed by quality cooling and heating in 2016. The switch was replaced and some freeon added and the system was ops checked. This ten year old system was working like new! Thanks Jerry, Allan and Ace Air Conditioning for a job VERY WELL DONE!

ACE is the best. Our air conditioning went out on Monday. Jerry came on Tuesday, put in freon, checked again on Wednesday and we have a leak in a coil. Thank goodness they checked and still under warranty or the part would have cost over $2000. Freon leaked out quicker than they thought it would and last night at bed time 85 degrees. We have friends that loaned us a window unit to cool the bedroom. 3 dogs, a cat, and 2 humans in the bedroom. Hmmm quiet interesting to say the least. Today I have the window unit vents aimed down the hallway and two fans pushing the air to the living room. Guess what it is only 77 degrees today in the living room. Cold front. ACE was coming Monday morning to put in the new coil, just got a phone call from Patty saying that they would be here in early in the morning (Saturday), that's right folks, Saturday to put in our coil. Looks to be a good weekend after all. This company is the best. They go above and beyond and are so honest. Jerry called me after being here and corrected something on the bill. I was so impressed. WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER!!!!!! Thank you ACE!

We are impressed with Michael as owner of Ace Air conditioner. He used every possible repair on our over 25 year old Air unit to get it running again, even working on electrical power running the unit. Well it finally bit it so he gave us a super deal on new unit, to include coils inside for advanced coolant.
Michael still goes out in the field to personally do jobs, help others on calls and still runs the business thoroughly. They're Great and glad we found them from recommendation.

Excellent service!. I called at 2:00 pm on a hot summer day when my AC had stopped working. John ( technician ) was at my house within the hour. He diagnosed the problem and called me to discuss the issues. He was willing to stay even after 5pm that day to make sure the unit was functioning correctly. Patty at the office was very pleasant and accommodating. I would most definitely use them again. These days, it is hard to find service, personal attention on a phone line, and honesty. These guys are great.

We were told by Quality Cooling and Heating that our compressor wouldn't last through the summer and that a capacitor switch was barely operational. They could fix it for about $5,000.00! I was taken aback!!! Isn't that about 2/3's the cost of a new system? They left their card and a few stickers on my unit. Two weeks after their visit (Friday 23rd) our A/C quit. It was 90* and we were miserable! I called 4 different local companies based on their customer ratings. Ace was the FIRST people I called, but wouldn't be able to stop by until the next day. Based on their customer relationships and ratings I was okay with that and would wait for them to come by. We were seeking proposals for a new complete system for our 1900 sq-ft home. The first three individuals were very well recommended and highly rated and they were very detailed in their proposals. Mr Jerry R from ACE arrived and I explained to him the previous actions taken by QC&H and he was immediately skeptical. He was the only individual that actually had me start the system up, then trouble shoot the system and in a matter of a few minutes was able to isolate the issues and inform that we DID NOT NEED A COMPLETE NEW SYSTEM!!! As it turned out, the compressor was just fine, but the compressor fan motor was inop and that he could return the next mourning to replace it. The next morning he returned and changed out the fan motor and trouble-shot a few more issues. The repairs he made cost less than $825.00. Mr Reed, with the help of Mr. Micheal (the Boss) completed the repairs to our system and saved us between 6-10 thousand dollars!!! These individuals were friendly, sincere, HONEST and they will be our A/C and Heating system people as long as we continue to live in the BIG COUNTRY!!! These guys and this company are AWESOME!!!!
